Indirab Vaccine
Description
Each Indirab vial contains protective power of rabies antigen (rabies virus L-Pasteur PV-2061 propagated on vero cell and inactivated by β-propiolactone) ≥2.5* IU, human serum albumin ≥5 mg, dextran 40 18 mg.
Each diluent ampoule contains sterile water for injection 0.5 mL.
*Potency is ≥2.5 IU before and after heating for 4 weeks at 37°C.
Side Effects
It may cause redness swelling on the site of injection, fever, shivering.
